The Sanitation District 1 (SD1) recently nominated TANK for a “Green Business Award” through the Business Courier. We were one of 59 projects nominated and came in as one of thirteen finalists overall and runner up in the “People” category. SD1 partnership description:
TANK partners with SD1 to provide Elementary aged students from Boone, Campbell, and Kenton County transportation to attend the Sanitation Districts educational field trip. The field trip provides Northern Kentucky Elementary students with storm water and environmental education part of which TANK has a lesson on. The partnership since 2006 has allowed more than 6,360 students the opportunity to learn.
