Southbank Shuttle Winter Hours:
Effective Saturday, November 5, 2011 the Southbank Shuttle will begin operating the following winter hours:
Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. -10 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
The shortened winter hours will extend through March. The decision to adopt winter hours was made during the 2012 Fiscal Year budgeting process as a way to balance the budget. Historically we have seen lower ridership in the winter on the Southbank Shuttle during the evening hours, so these hours were the ones selected when faced with the decision to eliminate operating hours in order to meet the budget.
