Jingle Bell Run Detour - Saturday, December 8, 2018
Beginning at 9:30 a.m. until the early afternoon Saturday, December 8, 2018 stops along 3rd Street, Johnson, and RiverCenter in Covington will be temporarily closed due to the Jingle Bell Run. Thanksgiving Day Race - Thursday 11/22/28
Beginning at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, due to the Thanksgiving Day Race, we will be on detour in downtown Cincinnati, Covington and Newport until the race ends. The Southbank Shuttle will not start operating until the end of the race, estimated to be early afternoon.
All passengers in Cincinnati should use the temporary stop on Race between 4th and 5th. Some stops in and around Covington and Newport will also be closed. Please check your specific stop for details.

Light Up the Square- Road Closure Friday night
Starting at 5:00 p.m. Friday 11/23/18, streets around Fountain Square in Downtown Cincinnati will be temporarily closed to traffic, due to the lighting of the tree on Fountain Square.
Passengers catching a Regular service/local bus or the Southbank Shuttle should catch their bus at the stop on 4th St at Main St (Federal Reserve).
Passengers catching an Express bus should catch their bus at the stop on Race St at 3rd St.
This closure and detour will last until the end of service on Friday.

Holiday Schedule for Thanksgiving Day
TANK will run a Holiday/Sunday schedule on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22, 2018.
TANK will be running a regular schedule on Friday, November 23, 2018- the day after Thanksgiving.
The Bus Stop sales outlet in Downtown Cincinnati and the TANK Headquarters in Ft. Wright will be closed on both Thursday, November 22rd and Friday, November 23th.
The Special Service (RAMP) office and the Information Center (331-TANK) will be open on Friday, November 23th.

Girls on the Run- Detours - Saturday, 11/17/2018
Starting at 9:30 a.m. until approximately 12:00 p.m., TANK will be detouring in Newport and Cincinnati around the Taylor Southgate Bridge due to the Girls on the Run race. Stops in that general area will be closed.

Saturday, November 10, 2018, starting at 8:00 a.m. until approximately noon TANK stops on both sides of the Taylor Southgate Bridge will be closed for the race.

Accidents cause delays in service
The rain has caused several accidents which have closed several main roads, including a portion of I-75 South. These closures will have affects on TANK routes and overall traffic. Be prepared for delays in service that may occur on your route. We strive to keep service running as near to schedule as possible.

Alzheimer's Run Detour, Saturday Oct. 6
Due to the Alzheimer’s Run, the stops on the OH and KY side of the Taylor Southgate Bridge will be closed from 9:30am until approximately Noon on Saturday, Oct. 6. This includes 3rd Street in Newport.

Purple Stride Cincinnati Detour - Saturday, September 29
Due to Purple Stride Cincinnati starting at 8:45am on Saturday Sept 29, the stops on the OH and KY side of the Taylor Southgate Bridge will be closed until early afternoon.

Beer Run Detours - Friday, September 28
Due to the running of the Beer Run, the stops on the OH and KY side of the Taylor Southgate Bridge will be closed from 7:00pm until approximately 10:00pm.

Oktoberfest Zinzinnati Detours
Due to Oktoberfest in Cincinnati this weekend, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 21th, 2018 and lasting until sometime early Monday morning September 24th, 2018 TANK buses will be on detour in Cincinnati.
Parts of 2nd and 3rd Street will be closed for the event.
To catch bus route #: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9 and the 33, use the stop on 4th Street at the Federal Reserve.
To catch bus route #: 11, 12, 16, and 25, use the stop on 5th Street at Main.
All Express passengers are able to use their regular stops except for the stop on Race at 3rd Street, which will be closed.
Southbank Shuttle stops on Vine and on 3rd Street will be closed. All other stops will be open.
Heading to Oktoberfest? Use the stops on Walnut at Freedom Way (in front of the Yardhouse and Jefferson Social).

Taylor Southgate Bridge Detours Sunday Morning
From 8:30 a.m. until Noon on Sunday 9/9/18, the Taylor Southgate Bridge will be closed and buses will be on detour.
Stops around the Taylor Southgate bridge (near US BANK Arena in Cincinnati and Thompson House in Newport) will be closed on both sides of the river.

Aruna Run 5K Detour
Due to Aruna 5K, TANK routes will be on detour in Newport north of 5th St. All stops north of 5th St. will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Use the stops listed:
- #12 catch bus at stop on 6th St at Saratoga
- #16 catch bus on Isabella at 9th St
- #25 catch bus on Monmouth St at 7th St
Labor Day - Sunday Schedule
TANK will operate a Sunday/holiday schedule on Monday, September 3, 2018 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
Take TANK to Riverfest on Sunday 9/2
TANK will provide special Riverfest Shuttles from Northern Kentucky University (NKU) Lot E for the 2018 Riverfest event.
Buses will pick up at NKU's Lot E (located on Kenton Dr. on campus) and will begin leaving at 4 p.m., with the last bus leaving at 7:15 p.m. Buses will operate approximately every 10-15 minutes, depending upon passenger demand.
Fare for the Riverfest Shuttle is $6.00 for the roundtrip for adults. Children (45” and under) ride free. Exact fare is required – tickets will be sold under the tent in Lot E. Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding the bus.
NKU buses will drop off and pick up passengers at the intersection of Dave Cowens Drive and I-471 near the Port of Entry in Newport.
GETTING HOME:
Return service to NKU will begin immediately upon completion of the fireworks. Buses will load on the I-471 ramp going south, right across from the Port of Entry.
The last bus will leave 30 minutes after the conclusion of the fireworks.

ONCE IN NEWPORT – IF YOU WANT TO GO TO CINCINNATI:
Anyone wanting to cross the river to Cincinnati should take the Southbank Shuttle. Due to the various street closures associated with this event, The Southbank Shuttle will be operating a modified riverfront route, beginning at 10 a.m. on the day of Riverfest and will ONLY run until 6 p.m. The Southbank Shuttle will stop running at 6:00 p.m. and WILL NOT resume until the next day.
Road Closures due to VP visit
Due to a visit by V.P. Mike Pence, downtown Cincinnati traffic has been at a standstill and there is a series of rolling road closures. We are moving around these closures and maintaining service, however there are delays due to the traffic volume. We appreciate your patience & look forward to getting you to your destination ASAP.
Take TANK to the KSO August Concert at Devou Park
TANK will provide shuttle service for the 2018 Kentucky Symphony Orchestra Summer concert series at Devou Park. The next concert is Saturday, August 4 at 7:30 p.m.
TANK buses will operate from Covington Catholic High School to the Amphitheater at Devou Park beginning at 6:00 p.m.
The concert shuttles cost $1 each way and will run from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. before the concert. Return trips will begin immediately after the concert is over.

Saturday Road Closure Causes TANK Detours
On Saturday, 7/21/18 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., a portion of 5th Street in Cincinnati will be closed. This will affect downtown routing for the #2X Airporter and all Campbell County routes, closing most of the usual TANK stops for these routes.
During this time, passengers should catch the bus at the following stops:
