Full-Time Fixed Route Operators

TANK bus operators receive paid training, competitive pay and benefits, retirement program and a supportive and positive work environment. It’s not just a job – it’s a career! CDL Permit or License (Class B with passenger and air brake) is preferred, however applicants do not need a CDL to apply. Qualified applicants will receive fully paid training through the CDL process. TANK bus operator pay NOW BEGINS at $22.84 per hour for trainees, with a 12-month wage progression to $25.14 per hour. Maintenance Service Center

TANK is seeking full-time Maintenance Service Center employees. This role performs duties related to cleaning, servicing, and parking buses and other vehicles.  Must have a Commercial Driver’s License, Class B. Special Service Operator

Special Service Operators provide safe, efficient, on-time, door-to-door delivery of passengers by means of public transportation on our RAMP/Paratransit service. The responsibility of the Special Services Operator is to drive a Special Service bus in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner throughout the TANK service area within a daily assigned schedule. You will also assist in the boarding/alighting of all passengers including those in wheelchairs and with mobility aids, among other responsibilities. A drivers license is required. Pay begins at $16.82 per hour with great benefits and retirement program.

TANK is seeking a Director of Administration, who provides oversight, direction, and leadership in the areas related to Human Resources, Information Technology, Board Support, Open Records, Records Retention, DEI and Equal Employment Opportunity. This role drives organizational policies/programs and practices that are aligned with business strategies/goals to facilitate business success. Assists with HR compliance and managing data throughout the organization. The Director of Administration serves as part of the executive management team for the organization. Special Service Coordinator

The Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky is seeking a full-time Special Service Coordinator to join our team! The Special Services Coordinator administers all phases of TANK’s Senior Transportation, RAMP and Medicaid programs. The Special Services Coordinator processes trip requests, completes scheduling for specialized transit services, dispatches and assists Special Services operators and passengers.
