TANK is seeking a Senior Manager of Special Services to lead and advance our demand response, paratransit, and Medicaid transportation programs, providing critical mobility for thousands of riders throughout the region. This high-impact role provides strategic and operational leadership for daily service delivery, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safe, reliable, and accessible transportation that connects people to greater independence. Transit Operations Supervisor (Weekday)

TANK is seeking a Transit Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Transit Operations Supervisor provides support and coaching to TANK Operators to provide best-in-class service to TANK customers. The Transit Operations Supervisor performs a variety of tasks to include dispatching, assigning all daily work, assigning buses, & patrolling the service area in a vehicle to monitor and assist operators.
