Take TANK to BLINK!

TANK is thrilled to be supporting BLINK from October 10-13, 2019. The BLINK event is FREE and open to the public. For all things BLINK, visit www.BlinkCincinnati.com.

HOW CAN I USE TANK TO GET TO BLINK?

NKU PARK & RIDE: TANK will provide direct service from Northern Kentucky University Lot E to the front door of the BLINK event, which has expanded to Covington. The bus will drop off and pick up at the Covington Transit Center located at 3rd & Madison. Cost is $2.00 per ride. Buses will run every 15 minutes from 7:00 p.m. -11 p.m. The last bus departing the CTC and returning to NKU will leave at 11:30 p.m..

SOUTHBANK SHUTTLE: Beginning Monday, October 7 through Sunday, October 13, the Southbank Shuttle will be on detour to accommodate the John A. Roebling Bridge closure and BLINK event spaces in Covington. Click HERE to view our Southbank Shuttle map which shows the shuttle route and available bus stops. Cost is $1.00 per ride. Shuttle will run every 15 minutes and continue running until Midnight during BLINK. The shuttle will also be using the Riverfront Transit Center while downtown stops are closed during BLINK.

RIVERFRONT TRANSIT CENTER IN CINCINNATI: Beginning at 6:30pm, through the end of service for each day of BLINK, all TANK buses (including Southbank Shuttles) that typically have stops in downtown Cincinnati, will be directed to the Riverfront Transit Center (RTC) located under 2nd Street. All regular stops in downtown Cincinnati will be closed. Click HERE to locate where your bus will be in the RTC. 

 

RIDER DETOUR INFORMATION:  

The bus stops at Bakewell at 3rd and the two stops on Johnson at 3rd will be closed beginning at 6:00pm until the end of service each evening beginning Thursday, October 10 through Sunday, October 13. Bus can be caught at the Covington Transit Center or see bus stop for details.

Thursday, October 11, Light the Night Walk will impact Covington routes. Starting 7:30 p.m. until approximately 9:30 p.m. the Taylor Southgate Bridge and 3rd St. in Newport will be closed due to the walk. Passengers should catch the Southbank Shuttle in this area should use the temporary stop on 4th at Saratoga. Riders using the #12 and #25 should check their specific stop for details.

When: Friday & Saturday from 7:00 – 10:00 PM
Where: Corner of Holman & MLK Boulevard on Route 5
TANK buses will run from this location to the Covington Transit Center. Fare is $1.50 per ride. Cash only.
