TANK Board of Directors
The TANK Board of Directors is made up of nine members. Boone, Campbell and Kenton County each appoint three members to the TANK Board to serve a four year term. The TANK Board members act as a policy-making body and represent the citizens and elected officials in the county that appointed them.
The TANK Board of Directors meets each month on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. at the TANK offices, 3375 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright. If meetings are changed in any way (location, date or time changes), newspapers are contacted and public notices are posted.
The nine TANK Board members are divided into committees in order to oversee the policy-level work of TANK staff. The committees generally meet once a month, prior to the Board meeting to review and discuss action recommended for the Board meeting. The committees are: Finance, Planning & Marketing, and Operations. All Committee meetings are held in the TANK Conference room.
