TANK Rider Rewards Program

TANK is thanking our loyal customers with a new Rider Rewards program, where you’ll be rewarded for riding and sharing your feedback right in the Transit app!

Earn points by riding public transportation and let your TANK trips take you even further! Rewards points can be redeemed for free mobile bus passes in the Transit app or gift cards to select retailers.

To get started, download the Transit app for Apple and Android. You can plan, pay, and track all in the app!

HOW TO GET STARTED IN THE APP

Let’s Get Started

Once you’ve downloaded the Transit app, click on the circle icon in the upper left corner of your screen.

This will take you to your account information for Transit app.

Find The New Rewards Section

Scroll down until you see EZFare Rewards link.

Click to enter the new Rewards center.

Create Your Account

The white EZFare Rewards screen will move up from the bottom, from here click “My Profile.” This will prompt you to sign up for your account. Sign up using your e-mail and password.

Once your account is created, you are ready to start earning!

Earn points by riding TANK:

Visit the Earn tab in the Rewards section of the Transit app to explore all the ways to earn Rewards points! Keep an eye out for invitations to get rewarded by riding TANK, completing surveys or participating in special campaigns. Your point balance can be seen in the upper center of the Rewards section.

Redeem points:

Go to the Redeem tab of the Rewards section in the Transit app. You will need to verify your phone number* the first time you redeem your points. Tap on the reward you want to claim and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.

Once you redeem your points for a reward, you will receive it within the app immediately. All reward points redemptions are final, with no refunds or exchanges.

*Note: Your phone number will not be stored on the Transit app

Enjoy your reward:

Visit the Use section to see your available tickets. Tap on the ticket to activate before using it.

Rules and requirements:

Reward points do not expire. However, after 6 months of not opening the Transit app and visiting the rewards tab, your Rewards account will become inactive, and you will stop earning them. At the end of each month, if your status remains inactive, 300 points will be deducted from your account and recycled back into the program.

Mobile transit tickets redeemed through Rider Rewards do not expire. Check the reward offers on the “Redeem” tab for details.

Points earned do not have a cash value and are non-transferable. You can only use Rewards points that you have earned. You cannot transfer points to others, and they cannot transfer points to you.
