Lost & Found

TANK is not responsible for passenger items left on buses. However, any lost item that is found on a TANK vehicle that is deemed valuable such as credit cards, purses, bikes, and cell phones will be turned in. Items will be kept for 15 days. At the end of the 15 days, the item will be discarded. Every effort will be made to contact the individual. If contact cannot be made and an address is available, the item will be placed in the mail. TANK does not keep any non-valuable items such as coats, hats and gloves.

If you have lost an item on the bus please call¬†859-331-TANK¬†between 7:00AM and 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. The Information Center Specialist who answers the phone will be able to tell you if an item has been returned. In many cases items are not returned until the bus completes all of its routes for the day. If we do have your item, you will be asked to come to TANK’s main facility at 3375 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright to claim your item.
